**Job Description**
**General Purpose:**

Operates Pneumatic Scale Filler, Silgan Capper, Video Jet Coder and performs all related functions.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Adjusts Filling machine with proper fill weight for product.
+ Reports quality and operational issues to management as they occur and submits work orders.
+ Checks accuracy of container coding for product being filled.
+ Completes all required paperwork accurately and legibly.
+ Monitors chart recorders and makes adjustments when necessary.
+ Performs metal detector verification tests.
+ Ensures fill detection equipment is functioning prior to startup and tests regularly during a production run.
+ Assists Check Weight Operator to supply capper.
+ Isolates product that deviates from standards and reports to management.
+ Monitors Rinser temperature, spray pattern, and clears jams.
+ Follows filed operating process at all times.
