Pay Range

The anticipated base hourly pay for this position is $32.00 to 33.50 an hour. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

Responsibilities

• Instill a culture of continuous improvement among employees
• Identify opportunities in production workflow and process reliability, maintaining required documentation to reduce downtime and meet quality standards
• Lead teams to run production on the line while ensuring safety and product quality
• Lead teams to identify defects on equipment, cleaning, and inspections and execute corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to complete assigned projects to meet deadlines
