**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking a **RESOURCE (STAFFING) MANAGER (Level K)** to join our **777 Final Assembly Team** in **EVERETT, WASHINGTON** on **1st Shift** . _This role is responsible for workforce planning, staffing alignment, and employee movement across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating staffing execution against forecasted demand, supporting leader staffing reviews, maintaining staffing data and visual management tools, and enabling timely resource decisions.
