Position Overview
Experience hands-on training in NVA Canada’s Veterinary Technician Practicum, located in Stratford, Ontario. Final-year students gain essential skills in patient care, lab procedures, and surgical assistance, all while receiving vital mentorship.
This program offers a two to eight-week opportunity for students enrolled in accredited veterinary technician programs. Work alongside supportive RVTs and veterinarians to develop a diverse skill set that includes anesthesia, radiology, and effective communication with medical teams. You’ll prepare for your future in veterinary medicine while gaining practical insights into daily operations.
