Position Overview
Our client, based in Banbury is seeking a Finance and Accounts Manager to join their small but successful team.
The Role:
• Managing day to day accounts of the company on Sage 50 package
• Processing supplier & customer invoices
• Preparing supplier remittances
• Credit control
• Making payments to suppliers
• Daily transaction auditing in preparation and reconciling
• Resolve supplier/customer queries quickly and efficiently
• Dealing with company contracts for company supplies
Essential skills:
• Good working knowledge of Sage 50 and daily use of Sage 50
• Excellent understanding and experience within Excel
• At least 2 years’ experience in a professional accounts’ environment
• Proficient in GDPR, dealing respectfully with highly sensitive and personal information.
• A solid working understanding of Microsoft, Excel and good overall IT skills
