Finance Analyst (d/w/m)



JOB PURPOSEThe Finance Business Partner plays a key role in the Switzerland MSO organization (~CHF 300m turnover), supporting forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making with an ownership mindset.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Management
+ Lead monthly financial reporting cycle (Actual and Forecast)
+ Support the sales and operations planning process and improve forecast accuracy.
+ Monitor and challenge Brand & Marketing investment budget
+ Monitor and challenge Overhead budget in liaison with Financial Excellence Team
+ Analyze Gross Margin movements (GMVA) and drive actions to improve profitability
+ Monitor business performance and implement actions to achieve annual financial targets
+ Monitor working Capital with a strong focus on debtor management
