Position Overview
The Customer Agreements Team serves as a key operational pillar supporting functions by ensuring standardized, accurate, and compliant agreement management processes across multiple business organizations, including Sales, Customer Deal Desk, Alliances & Channels.
The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business-critical agreement setup, governance, validation, and operational excellence initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
