Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance Operations. Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or Xero is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SLA-driven operations is an advantage.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, preferably aligned with Australian business hours.
  • Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig. Hybrid work setup available after successfully completing the 2-month training period.
