What you will be doing: - Manage Cashier and counter duties
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of customer receipts.
- Update tracking list for refund of permit deposit for all division
- Checking system generated notice
- Review and recommend house visit cases, monitoring and updates outcome of visits.
- Co-ordinate legal actions, court hearing and documents with law firm
- Attend to residents over counter, email and letter reply on all arrears and finance matters
- Conduct General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies on a timely basis.
