Position Overview

Finance Assistant

We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join a busy and supportive finance team on a permanent basis.

This is a varied role where you'll support the day-to-day running of the finance function, with responsibilities including accounts payable, supplier statement reconciliations, bank reconciliations, credit control, raising invoices and month-end processing. You'll also work closely with colleagues across the business, resolving finance queries and ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and payments
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
Complete daily bank reconciliations
Raise sales invoices and support credit control activities
Process BACS payments and Direct Debits
