About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Banking Assistant to support our Finance and Banking Manager function. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with the processing of payments, preparing banking uploads, assisting with rental and creditor payments and providing general financial administration support.

This position is ideal for someone with strong banking, payments, and administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Creditor and Supplier Payments Prepare supplier payment batches and banking imports. Upload creditor payment information into banking platforms. Verify payment batches and ensure sufficient funding is available. Resolve any payment discrepancies. Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and correctly authorised.
