This is a true business partnering role where you will work with divisional leaders to identify performance gaps, quantify financial impact and drive structured improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive analysis into margin erosion, cost overruns, working capital and revenue gaps
• Identify root causes of performance variance
• Quantify financial impact of underperformance and track remediation outcomes
