Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG or dairy/food production.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
