As Finance Controller, you will oversee all financial and accounting activities related to the Food & Beverage operations at Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez. Acting as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Director of Finance – F&B, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost controls, budget management, compliance with internal policies, and the financial success of the venue.

You will play a critical role in supporting operational decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and accountability.
