Salary Range: $72,500.00 To $78,000.00 Annually

Position Overview

As an integral member of the Finance Team, the Finance Coordinator is responsible for managing accounts receivable, maintaining student accounts, and processing payments with a high degree of accuracy. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role handles reconciliations, journal entries, refund requests, account adjustments and other accounting transactions related to accounts receivable management. The Finance Coordinator collaborates across departments and delivers exceptional service to families, staff, and external partners to support the school’s financial operations.
