This is a large, complex, multi-site FMCG manufacturing business operating across the UK and growing in scale. The business has been through a period of meaningful investment and acquisition and is now entering a critical phase of consolidation, transformation and structured growth.

This is a genuinely significant Finance Director mandate. You will work closely with the CEO and board to build out and lead a centralised, lean and agile finance function, creating the structure, systems and process rigour that a business of this scale demands.

A core focus will be driving transformation across the finance platform - rationalising ERP and reporting infrastructure, implementing best practice financial controls and establishing a centre of excellence that provides consistent, real-time insight across all sites.
