Join a dynamic defense contractor as the Director of Finance, leading financial operations across multiple subsidiaries in engineering services, production, procurement, and commercial drone sales. This senior leadership role involves overseeing accounting, financial reporting, government contract finance, and compliance functions.
Responsibilities

+ Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process across all entities, consolidating and eliminating intercompany transactions.

+ Prepare executive financial reporting packages including P&L trends, balance sheet analysis, gross profit margin by program, budget vs. actual variance analysis, and trailing-twelve-month dashboards.

+ Maintain the general ledger in the ERP system (Deltek Costpoint), ensuring accurate cost pool allocations and job-cost postings.
