Reporting to Intercontinental Area Finance Director the MEAR Finance Director provides financial leadership to the business plays a key role in establishing and achieving financial objectives as well as in formulating and executing on business strategies. This role partners with the Affiliate Management Team to balance longterm strategies with nearterm business needs.

Additionally is responsible for ensuring that there are internal controls in place to adequately safeguard the companys assets and to ensure that the companys financial reporting and general business practices are in compliance with company financial policies official requirements and generally accepted accounting principles.
