Our client is a leading listed company with HQ in China. With their business expansion, they are looking for a Finance Director to join the team.

The Role

• In charge of the group consolidation and reporting
• Lead the finance team to formulate, implement, and monitor the process of the group's financial statements as well as other regular financial reports
• Prepare reports for business performance announcements, and for the Board of Directors
• Lead the annual audit and review financial disclosures in the annual reports
• Participate in ad-hoc projects
