Finance Director

Purpose of the Role:
The Finance Director is a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for leading the finance function. This role combines strategic oversight with operational delivery, while remaining hands on ensuring that financial systems, processes, and controls are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

As part of the scope of the role, the Finance Director may be invited to attend some Board meetings to present financial insights, contribute to strategic discussions, and support governance and investor engagement.

• Align financial strategy with the overall business plan and organisational priorities
• Support equity and debt fundraising, commercial modelling, and investor reporting
