Job Responsibilities Accounts Payable, General Ledger and costing functions.
- Accounts Payable function (Main)
- Checking/auditing/follow up of employee expense claims
- Matching/validating/booking of all suppliers including interco/intraco invoices/credit notes
- Prepare journals for allocation of supplier invoices (Singtel, CWT, Cabcharge)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (eg. Supply chain, procurement, employees) on claims or supplier related issues as and when necessary
General Ledger and costing function
- Prepare journals for standard accruals, subsequent reversals of accruals
- Monitor and release to P&L on expenses charged to Prepayment accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules
- Monitor and management employees on their hours clocking submission in the system
- Support team in cost centre reporting
