Job Summary The Finance Executive is responsible for managing full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger activities. This role supports financial reporting, Budgeting, GST compliance, contributes to month-end processes, with exposure to regional accounting activities where required.
Responsibilities - Process AR & AP invoices, receipts, payments, credit notes, and debit notes
- In charge full set of accounts, including GL, AP and AR
- Prepare journal entries, support month-end closing activities
- Perform bank reconciliations
- GST reporting works
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders when requested
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes when required
- Assist overseas accounting activities where applicable
- Assist with ad-hoc financial reports and duties when requested
