Job Description

• Receive and process customer payments accurately at the front desk.
• Assist customers with billing queries and ensure quick, clear resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Reconcile customer accounts and outstanding balances on a regular basis.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and drive recovery efforts.
• Coordinate with internal finance/accounts teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, collections, and recovery status.
