Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Executive to support the company’s financial operations. This role will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in financial reporting and compliance. The Finance Executive will work closely with the Finance Operations Manager to ensure financial accuracy and smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable Operations

• Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processing, including invoice verification, coding, posting, and payment processing.
• Process staff reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a timely basis.
• Prepare and perform vendor reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
