As a Finance Executive, he/she will be responsible for assisting in the coaching of a team of Accounts Assistants in sales reporting, accounts receivable, and to ensure the accuracy of sales reporting which will facilitate financial analysis for business decisions.
What Awaits You: - Ensure timely month-end closing relating to sales, accounts receivable and review of all month end journals and reports.
- Prompt preparation and review of Balance Sheet schedule and Bank Reconciliation.
- Monitor the Cashflow of the company and liaise with the bank.
- GST Quarterly Reporting.
- Prompt GST Reconciliation (Sales) for reporting to IRAS.
- Preparation of schedules for Audit purpose.
- Engage in system testing.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
