We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Finance Governance and Organisation Manager; Global Insurance.**

**In this role you will:**

+ Support the review of entity governance processes and committee practices to help ensure alignment with Group and Business standards
+ Assist in maintaining the end-to-end governance framework and standards (e.g., committee structures, Terms of Reference, MI requirements), including supporting 1LoD review of Insurance Finance governance materials to improve quality and meeting effectiveness
+ Draft and coordinate global Insurance governance materials for key forums (including the Group Insurance Finance Management Mee...
