Position Overview

The Finance Head & Treasurer will lead the financial management, accounting, and treasury functions for a premier firm specializing in Trust and Asset Management . Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will oversee capital management, regulatory reporting, and risk mitigation while managing a specialized finance team.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Governance: Oversee financial accounting, statement preparation, and management reporting.
• Trust Operations: Manage capital requirements and basic security deposits specifically for trust and asset management operations.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to trust regulations, PFRS, and internal risk frameworks.
• Leadership:
