FP&A - Ensure timely Month-End Closing for Controlling team and participate in forecast process.
- Evaluate profitability of the Brands and conduct thorough analysis of monthly P&L
- Compare and Analyse ACT vs. last year and budget and highlight any areas of concerns
- Prepare monthly reporting for HQ, regional, or local management
Others - Review of controlling procedures and update, if needed
- Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
- Maintain effective communication with third parties to ensure good collaboration
