Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.Taxation & Compliance:
Manage direct and indirect tax filings, assessments, and audits (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)Ensure statutory and legal compliance with ROC, RBI, SEBI, etc., as applicable.Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Internal Controls & Risk Management:
