Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields, or equivalent experience. 35+ years of experience in commissions, finance, telecom, or related areas. Strong understanding of commission structures and revenue models. Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting). Experience with commission systems (RPM preferred). Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
