Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full compliance with VARA financial regulations, oversee reporting obligations, and work closely with auditors and regulators.
• Financial Controls and Risk Management: Implement robust internal financial controls to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
• Audit and Governance: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring financial records are transparent, accurate, and aligned with UAE regulatory expectations.
• Accounting and Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and audit reports in compliance with IFRS and VARA standards.
• Treasury and Liquidity Management: Monitor crypto and fiat liquidity to ensure efficient capital management and regulatory compliance.
