This role manages the end‑to‑end finance function for two entities, including intercompany transactions.
Responsibilities - Handle transactions between the UAE Free Zone and international entities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in line with reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Support reporting to Head Office, ensuring alignment with group requirements.
- Manage import/export‑related financial processes in line with UAE regulations.
- Handle banking activities, including Letters of Credit and similar instruments.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy across all accounting processes.
