Position Overview
ASA Recruitment’s client, a Public Sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a hybrid basis, on an initial 2-month contract (with potential extensions) on a rate of c.£(Apply online only)/day inside of IR35 (based on experience).
Responsibilities:
* Management of day-to-day organisation finances, ensuring financial probity across all activity
* Preparation of financial reports to staff and organisation Council
* Preparation of end of year accounts and management of the audit process
* Statutory reporting to e.g. OSCR and HMRC
* Budget preparation and monitoring
* Payroll and pensions
* Subscriptions, including Direct Debit, and Gift Aid
* Development and maintenance of membership database
