Job Description

The Finance Manager provides both strategic and operational leadership across all finance and administrative functions of PFSC. Acting as the Deputy Head of Finance, this role serves as the principal second-in-command to the Head of Finance, ensuring continuity of leadership and supporting the organization’s overall financial health, governance, and operational excellence.

This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial information to drive sound decision-making and achieve organizational goals. The Finance Manager oversees key functions such as:

• Cash operations
• Accounting and bookkeeping
• Taxation and compliance
• Financial planning and management reporting
