Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate budgeting, financial management, and monitoring processes
- Perform financial analysis, reporting, and management activities
- Hire, train, and evaluate new finance employees
- Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and benefits
- Coordinate financial activities of company entities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Develop accounting procedures to improve efficiency
- Assist in account payable and receivable activities
- Prepare financial systems for internal and external audits
- Manage the Finance Team and report to the CFO
- Attend meetings and liaise with auditors
- Assist senior management as needed
