About the Role

This is an exciting and entrepreneurial opportunity to join a fast-paced software consolidator with a very significant growth trajectory. The Finance Manager will report into Director, Finance or designate, and will focus on partnering with operating and finance colleagues to support growing high-quality software businesses owned by Banyan Software. The finance group also plays a value added role by leveraging financial and other data to drive shareholder value.

The Role

• Lead the month-end close process for assigned OpCos, delivering accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Supervise and mentor offshore and onsite finance teams, ensuring quality assurance over financial deliverables such as balance sheet reconciliations and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, driving informed decision‑making and operational performance improvements.
