Role Description

The Finance Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Parañaque, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, reporting, and control activities. This role manages budgeting and forecasting, prepares and reviews financial statements, and ensures compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. The Finance Manager will monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory agencies as needed. Daily tasks include analyzing financial performance, preparing management reports and dashboards, reviewing cost structures for manufacturing and franchising operations, and supporting strategic decision‑making with data‑driven insights. The role also involves leading and mentoring finance team members, improving financial processes and systems, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives with operations, sales, and franchising teams.
