Finance Manager

Invoicing & Billing

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances as needed.

Payroll Processing

• Handle end-to-end payroll preparation and ensure accurate computation of salaries and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR or operations for attendance and time logs.

Financial Data Management

• Encode financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records in QuickBooks.
• Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.

Operations Monitoring

• Review and verify daily operational logs and supporting documents from different departments.
