Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

1. Lead and manage the overall Finance function, including day-to-day accounting operations, financial governance, internal controls and compliance while ensuring efficient financial operations across the Company.

2. Oversee month-end and year-end closing, prepare management accounts, Board and shareholder reports, provide detailed COGS, profitability and business performance analysis, and present financial insights during management and finance meetings.

3. Manage treasury, rolling cash flow forecasting, liquidity, working capital, banking facilities and financing arrangements to ensure sufficient funding.

4. Lead Financial Planning & Management Analysis (FPMA), including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, scenario analysis and strategic business partnering to support management decisions.
