Position Overview

            Drive month-end and quarter-end financial closing activities and ensure timely reporting 
Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and consolidation schedules to support business decisions 
Review financial data and reporting submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance 
Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and year-end reporting requirements 
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and external stakeholders on finance-related matters 
Support internal and external audit processes, including year-end audit coordination 
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements 
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency 
Mentor and support junior team members within the finance function 
Participate in finance projects and ad-hoc assignments as part of business growth initiatives
