Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities  Manage the full set of accounts and oversee the month-end and year-end closing process. 
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. 
Handle budgeting, cash flow forecasting, treasury, and banking matters. 
Prepare and review group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and related‑party transactions. 
Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, corporate tax, GST (where applicable), CPF, and statutory requirements. 
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities. 
Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support business decisions. 
Establish and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and finance procedures. 
Supervise and support finance team members. 
 Requirements  Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
