The Group Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing group-level financial reporting, consolidation, financial control, treasury oversight, audit coordination, tax management, and regulatory compliance across the Group. The role serves as a central finance function supporting multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, and business lines, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information provided to management, the Board, auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders. The position works closely with local finance teams, business leaders, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure effective financial governance and compliance across the Group.
