The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the full finance function within a multi-program, fund-based nonprofit organization. This role combines financial oversight, reporting, compliance, and audit coordination with hands‑on involvement in key accounting areas.
The Finance Manager will act as the primary finance lead, overseeing the work of a Bookkeeper (AP/AR and basic records) while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial information.
