About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to lead a large-scale financial operations initiative involving over 23 million financial transactions, 5,000 customer accounts, and more than $8 billion in customer refund activity. This high-impact project requires someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

+ Lead financial operations workstreams throughout the refund lifecycle.

+ Coordinate activities between Finance, Customs, Operations, Treasury, and Customer Service teams.

+ Manage high-volume transaction processing and reconciliation activities.

+ Oversee research of customer accounts to determine refund eligibility.
