We're seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager for a major global business transformation programme at a large, multi-divisional organisation. The programme focuses on implementing standardised, simplified, and automated end-to-end processes across the business, enabled by a new ERP platform

The Role

• Lead change management for key business divisions, translating global change impact work into actionable, team-level roadmaps
• Build stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and change agent networks
• Lead change readiness for deployment waves, ensuring markets are prepared for go-live Partner across the business and with consultancy teams through design, testing, training, and implementation
• Deliver high-quality change management and contribute to the organisation's long-term change capabilities
