Key Responsibilities

1. Project Cost Control & Escalation Management

• Establish real-time project cost monitoring dashboards integrated with SAP.
• Investigate and analyze recurring cost escalations; propose corrective measures.
• Institute zero-based budgeting and rolling forecasts to track project cost evolution.

2. Financial Planning & Business Partnering

• Develop detailed budgets and financial models for each project phase (pre-construction, execution, completion).
• Partner with project managers and procurement teams to align cost estimates with market benchmarks.
