To lead the accounting function and manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations, strong internal controls, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & People Management
Manage, coach, and develop an accounting team of at least 6 members.Allocate workload, set clear objectives, and monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs.Ensure adequate resource planning, task allocation, and staff development.
Accounting Operations
