JOB DESCRIPTION
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Compile and sort documents
β’ Calculate and verify amounts.
β’ Perform reconciliation procedures (books versus supporting documents, general vs subsidiary ledgers)
β’ Post transactions to accounts and month-end reconciliations.
β’ Analyze information by developing spreadsheet reports as necessary.
β’ Help with other office duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or non-CPA
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
β’ Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
β’ Ability to produce and communicate financial reports as required.
β’ Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
