Position Overview

Job Description

  • Audit daily revenue from Rooms, F&B, Banquets, and other hotel outlets.
  • Verify Night Audit reports and ensure accurate revenue postings.
  • Reconcile PMS, POS, credit card settlements, and other revenue sources.
  • Review discounts, rebates, refunds, complimentary services, and rate variances.
  • Prepare and circulate Daily Revenue Reports (DRR).
  • Identify and resolve revenue discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with RHG financial policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
  • Support month-end closing and internal/external audits.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Income Audit or Hotel Finance.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS, POS systems, and MS Excel preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
