Lead & Coordinate the Accounting Team

• Supervise accounting assistants and encoders to ensure accurate and timely output
• Provide guidance, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines
• Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ensure Financial Accuracy & Timely Compliance

Preparation of BIR filings (Forms 1601, 2550, 1702, Alpha list, and related submissions)

• Preparation of trial balance and Income Tax Return (ITR)
• Ensure adherence to Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations

Optimize Operations

Monitor daily accounting processes and resolve discrepancies

• Work closely with the Accounting Head to clear backlogs and meet reporting timelines
• Suggest workflow improvements to enhance team productivity
